His strong visionary leadership, deep working knowledge of business processes, lean practices and engineering & technology helps provide innovative solutions to customer needs and problems.

He started Kaila Consulting to better serve businesses worldwide in their journey to provide outstanding customer value through the application of technology and prudent thought leadership. He also runs Kaila Software where he designs and develops IT platforms to serve multiple business verticals.

He has designed and built several factories for manufacturing industrial equipment and components and their supply chains. He is very experienced in setting up technology and service centers to support business, IT and engineering operations. He is very experienced in delivering large scale IT Platforms and Services to serve globally. He has built several IT Apps to serve engineering, business and operations. He is very experienced in sourcing and has restructured value streams and global supply chains for optimal flow.

He has an MBA from the University of Iowa, a Master's in Computer Science and a Master's in Manufacturing Systems from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, India.
